If your internet isn’t working, here are a few things to try:
- Disconnect and reconnect to SDMF-SECURE 2. (Unless you have your own personal device, in which case use SDMF-SECURE 3)
- If SDMF-SECURE 2 doesn’t work, restart your computer.
- If restarting doesn’t work, bring it down to the library.
Trust Relationship Issues:
If you encounter an error message that says something along the lines of “Could not connect to domain: Trust Relationship Issue” bring it down to the library. You will be given a spare laptop until it is fixed.
