All of the Saturn 1 rockets side by side

55 years ago the Saturn 1 launched from Cape Canaveral in Florida, the Saturn 1 was the first generation in the line of Saturn rockets that would eventually land people on the Moon. The launch reached a height of over 125 km and landed almost 350km away from the launch site (in the Atlantic Ocean).
